Your Solda cable car in summer

The Solda cable car, which is a mere 20 minute walk from the Alpina Mountain Resort in Stelvio, Italy, is one of the world’s largest aerial cableways. It ferries both hikers and leisure-seekers comfortably and easily to the mountain station. Once at the top, you can set off along the well-marked hiking trails or simply take in the view of the mountain panorama and King Ortles. The glaciers are within your grasp. A unique experience.

Opening hours: 8.30 a.m.–12.45 p.m. and 2 p.m.–5 p.m.
Special trip: Saturdays – a 7 a.m. ride
Departures every 20 minutes

The Solda cable car consists of modern cabins for up to 110 people. You could say, it’s your entry ticket to a very special day in the Ortles region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature. And peace.
Apart from the Solda cable car, there are two other lifts in the immediate vicinity: the Kanzel and Langenstein chair lifts. 2-person chairlifts, which take you up to the starting points of the most beautiful hiking trails.

Kanzel opening hours

Open daily from 8.30 a.m.–12.20 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.–5 p.m.
(From 15.07.17–27.08.17 daily until 5.50 p.m.)
Thursday: special trip at 8 a.m.

Langenstein opening times
