Good to know
- Final cleaning one-room-apartment € 40,00, two-room-apartment € 50,00
- At arrival we will ask you a caution for the key of € 20,00.
- The apartments can be moved into on the day of your arrival beginning at 4:00 p.m., and must be vacated on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m., at the latest.
- If you arrive earlier or depart later than scheduled, you will be billed for the entire period of time.
- We require a deposit of €300.00 per room, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
For cancellations made within 1 month before arrival, 80% of the total booked arrangement may be charged; for cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, 100% may be charged. - Surcharge for pets: Euro 15,00 per day.
- Parking space in garage: Euro 35,00 per week (Euro 5,00 per day).
- When placing your reservations, please state the exact number of persons in your party. Verbal or telephonic bookings are not binding; we therefore request that you make your reservations in writing.
- All advance payments are non-refundable.
