Good to know
- Final cleaning one-room-apartment € 35,00, two-room-apartment € 45,00
- At arrival we will ask you a caution for the key of € 20,00.
- The apartments can be moved into on the day of your arrival beginning at 3:00 p.m., and must be vacated on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m., at the latest.
- If you arrive earlier or depart later than scheduled, you will be billed for the entire period of time.
- If you cancel your room at least one month in advance, you will be billed for three days; if you wait longer before canceling, you will be billed for one week.
- Surcharge for pets: Euro 10,00 per day.
- Parking space in garage: Euro 35,00 per week (Euro 5,00 per day).
- When placing your reservations, please state the exact number of persons in your party. Verbal or telephonic bookings are not binding; we therefore request that you make your reservations in writing.
- All advance payments are non-refundable.
